JPMorgan plans 12.55% yield notes linked to U.S. dollar ICE swap rate

Morgantown, W.Va., March 16 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 12.55% yield notes due March 24, 2017 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable quarterly, with the exact rate to be set at pricing.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the reference rate falls by more than the 30% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% beyond the buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes are will price on March 18 and settle on March 23.
The Cusip number is 48125U3E0.
