Company sells 26,707,994 shares at about $0.024 apiece to 37 investors

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 28 – Amchi Gendynamy Science Corp. raised $647,610 in a private placement of stock with 37 Chinese investors on Jan. 15, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 26,707,994 common shares at about $0.024 per share.

The private genetic technology company is based in Brea, Calif.
