Knoxville, Tenn., July 9 - Bell Copper Corp. said it hopes to raise C$1.58 million in a private placement of units.
The company will sell 3.15 million units at C$0.50 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.75 for one year.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Bell Copper is an exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective base metals properties in North America.
