New Issue: Bell Copper prices C$1.5 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 3 - Bell Copper Corp. said it hopes to raise C$1.5 million in a private placement of units.

The company will sell 15 million units at C$0.10 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.20 for one year.

Proceeds will be used for drill testing as well as for general working capital purposes.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Bell Copper is an exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective base metals properties in North America.
