India’s Edelweiss Finance & Investments to consider debt issue

Chicago, Jan. 15 – Edelweiss Finance & Investments Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Jan. 19 to consider the issuance of non-convertible debt securities.

Edelweiss Finance & Investments is a Mumbai, India-based provider of corporate, institutional and consumer credit and mortgage loan finance; financial market, asset management and commodity services; and life insurance and balance sheet management operations.
