Gold explorer sells 150,000 units of shares, warrants at $0.20 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 14 – Medicus Homecare Inc. completed a $30,000 private placement of units with Leon Nowek on Jan. 11, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 150,000 units of one common share and one warrant at $0.20 per unit.
Each warrant is exercisable at $0.30 for two years. The strike price is a 7.14% premium to $0.28, the Jan. 8 closing share price.
The Stuttgart, Germany, company provides medical in-home care services in Germany.
