Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-1 directed to redeem notes, loans

Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-1 Ltd./Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-1 LLC received written direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem its secured notes and prepay its class A loans in whole with refinancing proceeds on the payment date occurring in July, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-R loans and the class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-R, D, E and F notes, as well as the subordinated notes, were notified.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
