Boston Properties offers new notes to redeem 5.625% notes due 2020

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 19 – Boston Properties LP intends to sell fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes initially may be called at the greater of a make-whole call and par and then may be called at par.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s 5.625% senior notes due Nov. 15, 2020.

Boston-based Boston Properties is the operating subsidiary of real estate investment trust Boston Properties, Inc.
