Lifesize closes $20.7 million sale of its assets to Enghouse

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 1 – Lifesize Inc. closed the sale of its assets to Enghouse Systems Ltd. for $20.7 million, according to a Tuesday press releases from the buyer.

The sale was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas in early July, as previously reported.

The sale included Lifesize, Kaptivo, ProScheduler, Serenova and Telstrat.

Lifesize is an Austin, Tex.-based provider of video conferencing and omnichannel contact center solutions. The company filed bankruptcy on May 16 under Chapter 11 case number 23-50038.
