New Issue: Belgium prices $3 billion 1.125% three-year notes at 99.85

Eureka Springs, Ark., Aug. 3 – The Kingdom of Belgium sold $3 billion of 1.125% three-year series 1 senior notes (Aa3/AA/AA) at 99.85, according to a pricing supplement on Wednesday.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Scotiabank Europe plc were the dealers.

Belgium has applied to have the notes listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
