Belgium talks global bonds due 2055 in Treasuries plus 40 bps area

Chicago, April 3 – The Kingdom of Belgium is offering global bonds due June 10, 2055, according to a market source.

The deal will be dollar-denominated.

Price talk is in the Treasuries plus 40 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are leading the sale as bookrunners.
