Water Replenishment of Southern California defeases some 2011 COPs

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 29 – The Water Replenishment District of Southern California defeased $67.04 million of 2011 water revenue certificates of participation, according to a notice.

The following certificates have been defeased and will be redeemed Aug. 1, 2021 at par plus accrued interest:

• $1,135,000 of 3% certificates due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $1.18 million of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2017;

• $1,235,000 of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2018;

• $1,285,000 of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $1,335,000 of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2020;

• $1,395,000 of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2021;

• $1,455,000 of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2022;

• $1.51 million of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2023;

• $1.58 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2024;

• $1,665,000 of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2025;

• $1.75 million of 4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2026;

• $1,825,000 of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2027;

• $1,925,000 of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2028;

• $2,015,000 of 4.25% certificates due Aug. 1, 2029;

• $2.11 million of 4.25% certificates due Aug. 1, 2030;

• $2.2 million of 4.25% certificates due Aug. 1, 2031;

• $10,845,000 of 5.25% certificates due Aug. 1, 2036;

• $4 million of 4.75% certificates due Aug. 1, 2036;

• $22.87 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2041; and

• $3,725,000 of 4.75% certificates due Aug. 1, 2041.
