Fitch revises six Belarus banks to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlooks on the long-term issuer default ratings of the following six Belarus banks to positive from stable and affirmed the ratings at B-: Belarusbank, Belinvestbank, Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, BPS-Sberbank, Bank BelVEB and Belgazprombank.

Fitch said the actions follow the July 28 revision of the outlooks on Belarus' sovereign ratings to positive from stable.

The banks' viability ratings were not affected.
