Belarus launches $1.25 billion of notes due 2026, 2031

New York, June 17 – The Republic of Belarus launched $1.25 billion of notes in two tranches on Wednesday, according to a market source. Final pricing was expected later in the session.

Pricing of the $500 million long five-year notes was set at 6 1/8%, and pricing of the $750 million long 10-year notes was set at 6 3/8%.

The combined order books closed at more than $4.8 billion.

Citigroup, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Societe Generale and Renaissance Capital are joint bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S tranches.
