S&P upgrades ER-Telecom

S&P said it upgraded its issuer credit rating on ER-Telecom Holding CJSC to B+ from B.

“We expect cable operator ER-Telecom will continue to demonstrate solid EBITDA growth in 2020-2021, despite overall macroeconomic weakness. We forecast ER-Telecom’s adjusted leverage will reduce below 3x in 2020-2021, supported by its financial policy, from 3.3x in 2019,” S&P said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
