Webster Park CLO directed to redeem six classes of secured notes

Minneapolis, May 30 – Webster Park CLO, Ltd./Webster Park CLO, LLC said certain holders or beneficial owners of notes directed a redemption of six classes of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The class A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C and D notes will be redeemed on or after July 20 using sale and/or refinancing proceeds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
