Beijing Jingkelong seeks to offer RMB 800 million corporate bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., April 9 – Beijing Jingkelong Co., Ltd. is proposing to issue up to RMB 800 million of domestic corporate bonds, according to a notice.

Proceeds would be used to adjust the company’s debt structure, repay bank loans and supplement working capital.

The company is also proposing to issue some short-term debentures.

The proposed issuances are subject to shareholders’ approval.

The company is a Beijing-based retailer and distributor of daily consumer products.
