AirBoss increases credit facilities to $150 million

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 28 – AirBoss of America Corp. amended its senior secured credit facilities to increase availability to $150 million from $60 million, according to a press release.

The facilities are led by Toronto-Dominion Bank, National Bank of Canada, Comerica Bank and JPMorgan.

The increased facilities are intended to cover upfront costs necessary to execute on the company’s purchase order expected to be worth up to $288 million to supply the U.S. Department for Health and Human Services with nitrile patient examination gloves.

There are no other changes to the credit facilities.

Based in Newmarket, Ont., AirBoss operates a group of complementary businesses focusing on rubber compounding, products for the military, extruded and molded products and anti-vibration solutions for the North American automotive market.
