Fitch assigns Beijing Infrastructure notes A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd.'s planned dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes an A+ rating. Indirectly owned subsidiary Eastern Creation II Investment Holdings Ltd. will sell the notes that BII will guarantee.

The notes will be issued under BII's $6 billion medium-term note program, which is rated A+.

Proceeds will be used to refinance its offshore debt.

The outlook is stable.
