China Everbright to price RMB 800 million first tranche of notes

New York, Jan. 15 – China Everbright Ltd. said it plans to price RMB 800 million of notes, representing the first tranche of a proposed RMB 3 billion medium-term notes issue.

The maturity of the single or multiple tranches is not be exceed five years.

Bank of China Ltd. and Guosen Securities Co. Ltd. are underwriters of the notes. The proceeds are to be used to replenish the working capital of the company’s subsidiaries.

China Everbright is a Hong Kong-based financial conglomerate in China.
