Chicago, March 4 – China Everbright Ltd. issued RMB 6 billion of medium-term notes in two parts, according to a notice.
The deal includes RMB 4 billion of 2.68% type 1 notes due 2027 and RMB 2 billion of 2.85% type 2 notes due 2029.
The notes priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to repay the RMB 4 billion of notes issued in 2021.
