China Everbright gets OK for up to RMB 20.6 billion of notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 15 – China Everbright Ltd. received approval of its registration applications for a proposed issuance of up to RMB 15.6 billion of medium-term notes and a proposed issuance of RMB 5 billion of perpetual medium-term notes, according to two notices.

The proposed issuances received approval from the National Association of Finance Market Institutional Investors for listing in China’s interbank bond market.

China Everbright is a Hong Kong-based financial conglomerate in China.
