Moody’s assigns Beijing Enterprises bond Baa1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Talent Yield (Euro) Ltd. The notes will be guaranteed by Beijing Enterprises Holdings Ltd., which Moody’s rates Baa1.

“The senior unsecured notes – if they are issued as planned – will not have a material impact on BEHL’s overall credit profile because the scale of the issuance will be manageable for BEHL,” said Boris Kan, a Moody’s vice president and senior credit officer, in a press release.

The proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The outlook is stable.
