S&P lifts Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise

S&P said it raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise SA to BBB+ from BBB and affirmed the A-2 short-term rating.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, the agency raised the issue rating on the company’s senior unsecured debt to BBB+ from BBB.

S&P said the upgrade reflects a further improvement in the company’s credit metrics and the anticipation that they will remain strong in the next two-to-three years.
