Proceeds used for administrative expenses and general working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 2 – Supportingsmallbusiness, Inc. priced a $5 million initial public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 5 million common shares at $1.00 apiece on a self-underwritten basis.

Proceeds will be used for administrative expenses and general working capital requirements.

The blank check company is based in Wheaton, Ill. It expects its shares to trade on the OTCBB.
