New Issue: China’s Guotai Junan sells $500 million 2% guaranteed notes due 2026

Concord, N.H., April 22 – Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. issued $400 million 2% notes due 2026 (Baa1), guaranteed by Guotai Junan Securities Co. Ltd., according to a notice.
The notes were issued under the company’s $3 billion medium-term note program.
Guotai Junan International, Standard Chartered Bank, ICBC, ABC International, Bank of Communications, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and BOSC International were joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
CCB International, Bank of China, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd., China Citic Bank International, Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China PA Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., UBS, HSBC and BofA Securities were also joint bookrunners.
Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
