Hydoo is planning to sell new notes through two bookrunners

Chicago, Dec. 5 – Hydoo International Holding Ltd. is planning to offer new notes due 2021, according to a notice.

The minimum yield of the new notes will be 14% with a minimum yield to maturity of 15%.

The notes are expected to be issued at par with a minimum redemption price at maturity of 102.236.

The new money issuance will be used for debt repayment, financing acquisition or development of assets or property in the ordinary course of business and general corporate purposes.

The offering is being planned concurrently with an exchange offer for 12% senior notes due 2020.

AMTD and BNP Paribas are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Hydoo is an investment holding company principally engaged in the development and operation of large-scale business centers in China.
