By Rebecca Melvin

New York, June 12 – Entertainment One Ltd. said it is starting a roadshow on Wednesday for a £425 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes, according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for three years.

The European roadshow wraps up on Friday, and the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes are set to price thereafter.

Global coordinators are JPMorgan (billing and delivery) and BNP Paribas, with passive bookrunners including BofA Securities, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, RBC and Wells Fargo.

The proceeds will be used for refinancing its 6 7/8% senior secured notes due 2022 and term loan facility.

The international entertainment group is based in Toronto.
