Serta Simmons may get new credit facilities to refinance loans, notes

New York, Sept. 26 – Serta Simmons Bedding LLC is considering getting new credit facilities to refinance all of its existing first-lien term loan debt and unsecured notes, according to a news release.

UBS and Goldman Sachs are the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners on the deal.

Serta Simmons is an Atlanta-based manufacturer and distributor of mattresses.
