Aurelius hosts fixed-income meetings for add-on bond issue

Chicago, Sept. 27 – Aurelius SE & Co. KgaA subsidiary Aurelius Equity Opportunities AB announced that it will hold fixed-income investor meetings for a potential subsequent partial bond issue under its existing senior bond framework, according to a notice.

The notes would be added to the original €75 million of notes that were issued with a Dec. 5, 2024 maturity date and interest based on Euribor plus 425 basis points, subject to a 0% Euribor floor.

The bonds would be guaranteed by the parent.

Proceeds from the issue would be used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to investments and acquisitions.

Pareto Securities has been mandated to arrange the fixed-income investor meeting.

Munich-based Aurelius is an asset management company focused on medium-sized businesses.
