New Issue: Sovcomflot sells $430 million of 3.85% notes due 2028 at 261 bps spread

Chicago, April 20 – Russia’s SCF Capital Ltd. sold $430 million of notes with a 3.85% coupon and an April 26, 2028 maturity date, according to a market source.

The notes, sold Tuesday, came with a Treasuries plus 261 basis points spread.

Initial price talk had the notes coming in the 4 3/8% area which was later tightened to the 4 1/8% area.

Alfa Bank, Citigroup, ING, JPMorgan, SberBank and VTB Bank are leading the offering.

Sovcomflot is a maritime shipping company based in St. Petersburg, Russia.
