Tryg Forsikring to redeem SEK 700 million perpetuals on Oct. 26

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 2 – Tryg Forsikring A/S announced plans for a full early redemption of its SEK 700 million floating-rate perpetual restricted tier 1 capital notes (ISIN: DK0030418249), according to multiple notices.

Tryg Forsikring will redeem each note on Oct. 26 at par of SEK 1 million plus SEK 16,445 of accrued interest and arrears of interest, if any.

Tryg Forsikring is a Scandinavian insurance company based in Ballerup, Denmark.
