Hong Kong’s National United Resources preps circular for restructuring

Chicago, Nov. 22 – National United Resources Holdings Ltd. is preparing and finalizing a circular regarding a restructuring, according to a press release.

The circular is expected to be dispatched to shareholders on or before Nov. 30.

The company is proposing a debt restructuring and a connected share issuance.

The outdoor media and advertising company is based in Hong Kong.
