Moody’s: Oasis unchanged on upsizing

Moody’s Investors Service said news that Oasis Outsourcing Holdings, Inc. is upsizing the senior secured term loan by $80 million will not affect the company’s B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating or the B1 (LGD3) ratings on its senior secured term loan.

The outlook is stable.
