New Issue: Beazer Homes prices $50 million add-on to 6 7/8% notes due 2015 at 99.976

St. Louis, July 14 - Beazer Homes USA Inc. priced a $50 million add-on to its 6 7/8% senior notes due July 15, 2015 (existing ratings Ba1/BB) at 99.976 on Thursday to yield 6 7/8%, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank ran the books for the Rule 144A add-on.

The original $300 million issue price on June 1.

The issuer is an Atlanta-based homebuilder.
