Beazer Homes investor sells 187,100 shares of company stock

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 10 - Beazer Homes USA Inc. investor Marvin C. Schwartz sold 187,100 shares of the company's stock between July 2 and Aug. 9 priced from $16.61 to $24.45 per share.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Schwartz, managing director of Neuberger Berman, LLC, owns 1,583,711 shares, or 4.05%, of the Atlanta-based single-family homebuilder.
