Norfolk, Va., Nov. 3 – CohnReznick Capital Markets Securities, LLC announced that it added three new members to its renewable energy team to support its industry practice, according to a press release.

Nick Sangermano is managing director and head of corporate and private placements and will lead CohnReznick’s efforts to further support its energy and other corporate clients’ needs for capital. He brings more than 15 years of investment experience to the firm, having led and structured numerous private equity and debt capital raises in the renewable energy industry. The firm also added Adrian Ruiz and Michael Tatarsky, both from Santander’s asset and capital structuring team. They each have significant experience with cash and tax equity investments and have played key roles in numerous wind and solar transactions.

“We are very pleased to welcome Nick, Adrian, and Michael to our renewable energy group,” president Robert Sternthal said in the release. “Their experience, network, and technical expertise will give us additional resources to meet the growing demand our team faces on a daily basis while elevating our services to the next level.”
