West Atlantic plans to redeem SEK 500 million 8% bonds in near future

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 9 – West Atlantic AB (publ) said it plans to redeem all outstanding bonds under its SEK 500 million 8% senior secured bonds due 2018 in the near future, according to a press release.

The planned redemption is in conjunction with the company’s successful placement of SEK 850 million of 6˝% senior secured bonds due December 2019.

The cargo airline company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
