New Issue: Shandong Gold unit sells $100 million 5.3% perpetual capital securities

Columbus, Ohio, May 29 – Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd. subsidiary SDG Finance I Ltd. issued $100 million of 5.3% perpetual capital securities, according to a listing notice on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The securities are guaranteed by Shandong Gold Group.

ABC International, ANZ, Bank of China, DBS Bank Ltd., Haitong International, Bocom International, CCB International, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., China Citic Bank International, Everbright Sun Hung Kai, Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong), Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., ICBC International, Standard Chartered Bank, SDG Securities (HK) and Zhongtai International were the bookrunners.

Based in Jinan, China, Shandong Gold is a state-owned gold mining company.
