Toll Brothers to sell 10-year senior notes via eight bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 9 – Toll Brothers Finance Corp. expects to sell fixed-rate senior notes due 2029, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Toll Brothers, Inc. and some of its subsidiaries.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

Toll Brothers is a Horsham, Pa.-based real estate company.
