Los Angeles, April 16 – China’s Guolian Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 1.5 billion of 2.88% two-year bonds on Wednesday.
Hua Ying Securities Co., Ltd. is the underwriter.
This is the company’s first tranche of corporate bonds for 2020.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital and to support the business in terms of epidemic prevention and control.
State-owned Guolian’s main businesses are in the finance and industrial sectors. The investment company is based in Wuxi, China.
