Welltower to redeem HCN’s C$300 million 3.35% notes on Dec. 24

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 9 – Welltower Inc. will redeem all of HCN Canadian Holdings-1 LP’s 3.35% senior notes due Nov. 25, 2020 on Dec. 24, according to a company news release.

There is C$300 million principal amount of notes currently outstanding.

Toledo, Ohio-based Welltower is a real estate investment trust that owns health-care facilities.
