Fitch assigns BBB+ to Welltower notes

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to Welltower Inc.’ s senior notes due 2030 and assigned the same rating to the added sale of 3.625% notes due 2024.

The outlook is stable.

The BBB+ and stable outlook mirrors Welltower’s diversified health care real estate portfolio, strong credit metrics and above-average access to capital in the REIT sector, the agency said.
