B/E Aerospace calls all 9½% notes
Pittsburgh, Oct. 8 - B/E Aerospace Inc. will redeem all its outstanding 9½% senior subordinated notes due 2008, according to a company news release.
The redemption date is Nov. 8.
B/E Aerospace is a Wellington, Fla., manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and aftermarket distributor of aerospace fasteners.
