New Issue: Tarrant County Cultural, Texas, sells $50.69 million Barton Creek bonds

New York, Oct. 7 – The Tarrant County Cultural Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas sold $50.69 million of series 2015 retirement facility revenue bonds for the Barton Creek Senior Living Center Inc., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through Ziegler Inc.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2030, 2035 and 2040. The serial coupons range from 1.6% to 5% with yields from 1.6% to 4.06%. The 2030 bonds have a 4.625% coupon priced at par and a 5% coupon priced at 103.186 to yield 4.6%. The 2035 bonds have a 4.75% coupon priced at 97.473 to yield 4.95% and a 5% coupon priced at 101.576 to yield 4.8%. The 2040 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to renovate, equip and furnish senior living facilities at Barton Creek.
