Store Capital plans to price fixed-rate senior notes due 2029

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 25 – Store Capital Corp. intends to conduct an offering of fixed-rate senior notes due 2029, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes have a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity and then a par call.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt under the company’s unsecured revolving credit facility, to fund property acquisitions, for working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
Store Capital is a real estate investment trust based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
