Arrow Global talks €110 million tap of Euribor plus 525 bps floaters at par; pricing Wednesday

Portland, Ore., Sept. 23 – Arrow Global Finance plc is talking a €110 million add-on to its Euribor plus 525 basis points floating-rate notes due Nov. 1, 2021 at par, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is expected to price Wednesday.

Joint bookrunner Goldman Sachs International will bill and deliver. JPMorgan is also a joint bookrunner.

The Manchester, England-based purchaser of consumer debt and provider of receivables management solutions plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt.

The original €225 million issue priced at 97.50 in October 2014.
