Kutak Rock hires Tate for public finance practice in Denver

Chicago, Sept. 15 – Kutak Rock announced in a Sept. 15 press release that public finance and municipal lawyer Penfield W. Tate III has joined the firm in Denver.

Tate’s responsibilities will include deepening and expanding Kutak Rock’s relationships while pursing nationwide projects.

Tate formerly worked at Greenberg Traurig, where he was shareholder and head of its Denver public finance group. He brings more than 25 years’ experience as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel for financings by public entities.

Additionally, Tate has served as a Denver state senator, winning the Anti-Defamation League's Civil Rights Award in 2003.

Kutak Rock is national law firm and one of the most active as bond counsel and underwriters’ counsel in Colorado.
