New Issue: Extra Space eyes $300 million private placement of 3.95% 10-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 30 – Extra Space Storage LP will sell $300 million of 3.95% 10-year senior notes in a private placement, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal priced on June 29.

The notes have a make-whole call provision.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities and Bank of America Securities are the agents.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

Extra Space Storage is a Salt Lake City-based owner, operator, acquirer, developer and redeveloper of self-storage facilities.
