Invesco updates portfolio managers for 10 closed-end municipal funds

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 11 – Invesco Advisers, Inc. announced portfolio management changes for 10 of its closed-end municipal funds.

The affected funds are Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI), Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV), Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust (OIA), Invesco Municipal Opportunity Trust (VMO), Invesco Municipal Trust (VKQ), Invesco Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (VPV), Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust (IQI), Invesco Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM), Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals (VTN) and Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust (IIM).

According to a press release, the following individuals are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of each fund’s portfolio:

• William Black, portfolio manager, who has been associated with Invesco since 2010. From 1998 to 2010, Black was associated with Van Kampen Asset Management in an investment management capacity;

• Mark Paris, portfolio manager, who has been associated with Invesco since 2010. From 2002 to 2010, Paris was associated with Van Kampen Asset Management in an investment management capacity;

• James Phillips, portfolio manager, who has been associated with Invesco since 2010. From 1991 to 2010, Phillips was associated with Van Kampen Asset Management in an investment management capacity;

• Robert Stryker, portfolio manager, who has been associated with Invesco since 2010. From 1994 to 2010, Stryker was associated with Van Kampen Asset Management in an investment management capacity; and

• Julius Williams, portfolio manager, who has been associated with Invesco since 2010. From 2000 to 2010, Williams was associated with Van Kampen Asset Management in an investment management capacity.

For each fund, the inception date for each of the managers is 2015 except in the following cases: Black, Paris and Phillips have been managers for OIA since 2009; Stryker has been manager for VKI since 2005, VCV since 2009, VMO since 2009, VKQ since 2009, VPV since 2011, IQI since 2009, VGM since 2009, VTN since 2007 and IIM since 2009; and Williams has been manager for VCV since 2011, VPV since 2009 and VTN since 2009.
